I am a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT#2599) and Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher (#182597, RYT500), a native of New Orleans, and a long-time resident of Waveland. I have been a practitioner of yoga for over 15 years, and I was initially certified to teach yoga in 2015 through Zingara Yoga School of Austin, TX. I subsequently reached 500 hours of training through Shanti Yoga Training School of New Orleans, LA. Through my ever-growing passion for self care, I decided to pursue certification in massage therapy at Blue Cliff College in Gulfport, where I completed 805 hours of intensive coursework. I received my certification through the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards by completing the MBLEX examination. In January of 2023, I traveled to Thailand and studied traditional Thai massage. By combining my loves of massage and yoga, I am fulfilling my dream of leading myself and others to a healthier, happier life.
