My name is Kristy Clark, and I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT#2599) and Yoga Teacher (RYT500). I’m a native of New Orleans and a long-time resident of Waveland.

I’ve been practicing yoga for over 20 years and was initially certified to teach yoga in 2015 through Zingara Yoga School of Austin, TX. I then completed 500 hours of training through Shanti Yoga Training School of New Orleans, LA.

My passion for self-care led me to pursue certification in massage therapy at Blue Cliff College in Gulfport, where I completed 805 hours of intensive coursework. I received my certification through the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards by completing the MBLEX examination.

In January 2023, I traveled to Thailand to study traditional Thai massage. I’ve also studied multiple massage modalities through various hours of continuing education throughout the country and now the world!

By combining my love of massage and yoga, I’m fulfilling my dream of leading myself and others to a healthier, happier life.

Over the past 8 years, I’ve grown my business, Align Massage Therapy and Yoga, into a space for specialized, therapeutic care customized to each client’s needs.

I currently offer a variety of services, including table massage, Thai massage, Thai herbal sauna, gua sha, cupping, head and neck massage, and red light therapy.
