$90– 30 minutes Thai Herbal Steam Plus 30 minutes Upper Body Massage. Promotes relaxation, circulation, reduction of inflammation and improves general well-being.

75 Minute Therapeutic

$114 — This session allows enough time for full body work. The extra minutes allow for more focused attention in relieving specific areas of chronic muscle tension, such as neck, back, shoulders, etc.

90 Minute Therapeutic

$135 — This session allows enough time for full body work, and in addition to focusing on specific areas of chronic muscle tension, this session includes additional work such as stretching, compressions, decompressions, and other methods of deep tissue work.

60 Minute Prenatal

$90 — This session is designed as a total body relaxation massage for any healthy mom-to-be. Please book prenatal massage only if you are past the 3 months mark.

30 Minute Assisted Stretch

$50 — Assisted Stretch uses ancient Thai massage based stretching and massage techniques to leave you feeling free and relaxed Takes place on cushioned floor mat with the recipient wearing comfortable exercise clothes.

90 Minute Gua Sha + Deep Tissue

$135 — This combination service includes a traditional Eastern Asian healing technique which is sometimes called ‘scraping.’ It is an instrument assisted therapy that induces an anti inflammatory effect.

90 Minute Align and Relax Massage

$148— This combination service includes 30 minutes of assisted stretching on the mat or the table followed by 60 minutes of therapeutic massage. The benefits are increased mobility and total relaxation.

Facial Cupping w/Shoulders, Neck, Head Massage

$50 — This session 30 minute service includes facial cupping which aids in relieving sinus pressure and headaches. In addition the facial tissues are visibly plumped and the skin is left glowing, This set is is rounded pith with a head, neck, and shoulder massage.

60 or 90 Minute Thai Massage

$90/148 — Thai massage uses ancient stretching and massage techniques to leave you feeling free and relaxed. It is also known as ‘lazy man’s yoga.’ This service takes place on a cushioned floor mat with the recipient wearing comfortable exercise clothes.
